Comments
Pull-ups were done on the assisted pull-up machine.  Substituted KB swings to DB swings since KBs were not available in my local gym.

Breakfast, 10:00am: Spinach, green pepper and onion two-egg omelette topped with feta cheese
Snack, 1:00 pm: 1 Grapefruit with White Chocolate Macadamia Clif Bar
Lunch, 4:00 pm: Big Ass Salad containing: eggs, lettuce, cucumbers with vinaigrette dressing
Snack, 7:00 pm: Chocolate ON Whey Protein Shake with 1/2 cup Almond Butter, 1/2 cup raspberry and 1 cup soy milk
Dinner, 10:00 pm: Salmon with sun-dried tomatoes
Snack, 1:00 am: Fruit leather and 1 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch


Comments
Majority is fairly paleo.  Had to indulge on a few of my old carbohydrate favorites such as Clif Bars and Kashi GoLean. Note to self: Must avoid the pantry section in Trader Joe's.
